Grand Emio Tokorozawa – Stylish Convenience Connected Directly to the Station

💡 Highlight: A lifestyle and relaxation hub directly accessible from the station.
Connecting the east and west sides of Tokorozawa Station, Grand Emio Tokorozawa features around 120 shops and restaurants that enhance everyday life. A spacious plaza area also makes it a perfect spot for meeting up or simply relaxing.On the second floor, you’ll find “Leo Shrine“, where fans gather to wish victory for the local baseball team, the Saitama Seibu Lions—a must-visit spot for sports enthusiasts. Additionally, the rooftop garden “Toko-niwa” features authentic railway artifacts, including real rails and train car stoppers previously used by Seibu Railway before the station’s renovation. Surrounded by greenery, it offers a calm and relaxing atmosphere.

Emi Terrace Tokorozawa – A New Spot to Enhance Everyday Life

💡 Highlight: A community-focused shopping and entertainment destination.
Opened in September 2024 near the west exit of Tokorozawa Station, Emi Terrace Tokorozawa is a large commercial facility featuring approximately 142 stores. With an excellent selection of fashion, lifestyle goods, restaurants, and cafés, it’s not only a great place to shop but also to enjoy events and social activities.
Built on the former site of Seibu Railway’s Tokorozawa Train Factory, Emi Terrace Tokorozawa preserves its railway “heritage” through distinctive historical elements. On the first floor, you’ll find the “original site of the railway siding” that connected the factory to the main line, and a “2000-series train driving simulator”* previously used for Seibu Line driver training (for display purposes only). Additionally, an original battery-powered locomotive from the charming “Otogi Train,” once operated on Seibu Railway’s Yamaguchi Line, has been installed outdoors, becoming a new landmark for the area.
*The simulator is for display only and not operational.



In addition to shopping and historical attractions, Emi Terrace Tokorozawa also offers excellent entertainment facilities.
On the second floor, TOKOROZAWA e-CUBE hosts a variety of events including sports activities, live music, and public viewings of Lions baseball games. It’s also a relaxing community space for everyday use.The fourth floor features Sorakumo Plaza, an open-air space with benches and greenery. On clear days, you can even enjoy a view of Mt. Fuji, making it an ideal spot to unwind and appreciate the scenery.
